Jeremy E. Gruber, Legal Director
Formerly field director for the ACLU’s National Taskforce on Civil Liberties
in the Workplace, Gruber is the Institute’s Legal Director. A
prolific
writer on workplace privacy issues, he is a founder and co-chair of
the
Coalition for Genetic Fairness, a group of 150 organizations which is
the
voice of the civil rights community on medical and genetic privacy issues
on
Capitol Hill. He is regularly consulted by Congress and state legislatures
and has authored numerous laws expanding workplace human rights. He
is
regularly featured in print, radio and television.
